You have past the 30 market of your transition from professional to network marketer and you are starting to see some results. Probably not as fast as you thought or dreamed it would be. You have also learned that there is a lot to learn and do to be successful in this career. The level of marketing and all that is involved can be staggering. That is why you start off small and build up. You have sponsored some people only to find that they are not as dedicated as you are to succeeding. That is part of the process. Sifting through all the leads for those one or two people who realize what you are offering and work at it. Lets review what you have done over the last 30 days.
After 30 days of marketing you will develop your own routine (AKA boredom). Yes at times it can be boring writing articles, sending targeted emails and talking to leads everyday. But it is these daily tasks that will get you through to success. You have had some success whether it is the number of leads or traffic to your site or sponsoring. Whatever it is you need to celebrate it. Remember back to your beginning when you knew nothing about network marketing. Look how far you have come in that time and celebrate the accomplishments. Your progress may not be what you dream about at night but taking consistent persistent action each and everyday you will succeed where others have fallen.
They say God is in the details and boy there are a lot of details. That is why we focus on one or two techniques of online marketing strategies. If you are like me, then you make your own luck through hard work. Nothing really falls into your lap. So the details are the tasks you do and results you monitor that will determine your success. You need to create campaigns for your MLM opportunity and then track your results.
Yeah when you started out in your network marketing opportunity everything was new and you were excited to see the results. You patiently recorded all the traffic that went to each of your websites and how many opted-in. But now 30 days later you are letting the tracking lapse. That is when you need to focus on the results even more. Don’t let your tracking fall behind. This aspect of your business is critical. How can you know which marketing campaign that is working if you don’t monitor where your leads come form. Another critical question is not only your leads but also which marketing campaign brought the most qualified leads. Leads from people who were ready to buy or join your MLM opportunity. Yes you have gotten leads, but I’m sure most of them were just tire kickers and not really interested in joining anything. Everyone gets those kinds of leads. You need to have tracking codes on each different URL for a campaign so you can back track, which produced the best, qualified leads.
Plan on attending a conference or out-of-town seminar. It is well worth the money. You need to reenergize you batteries and mind. You need to be around people like you who get it. Who don’t need to be convinced that your opportunity is the best. Discuss marketing strategies with people who you have heard on the webinar. See that they are real people. If you have never been to conference in your MLM career plan then you owe it to yourself to go to the next one. You will return to your home office refreshed and ready to take on the world.
After 30 days you have had some accomplishments but it has taken a lot of work. Focus on what you have accomplished and on results. Track your results with your marketing campaign and identify which campaigns are producing qualified leads and pour more of your marketing budget into those campaigns. Make plans today to go to the next conference. Go register for the conference and buy your plane ticket. Spend that money now so you will commit to going. It will be the best few days of your life and will jumpstart your career.
